Returns & EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request, or by contacting us directly.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please include proof of purchase.

Exceptions — items not eligible for return:

• Made-to-order or personalized products
• Items that have been used or are not in original condition
